Installation Note 47108: Installation job INSTALL4 abends with S0C4 on the z/OS 1.13 operating system

When you perform the z64 installation for SAS 9.3® or later on a z/OS 1.13 operating system, the installation job INSTALL4 might abend. System abend code S0C4 with a reason code of 12 occurs and produces the following error:
ERROR: AN EXCEPTION HAS BEEN ENCOUNTERED.
